Custom-size tablecloths: Your size, your printed design

Your table is already chosen. The next step is finding a printed tablecloth that actually fits it—and making sure your design appears where people can see it.

A familiar label such as “4 ft,” “6 ft,” or “8 ft” is a useful starting point, but it does not tell us the table’s depth, height, or how you want the finished cover to hang.

At Anymade Display, we make custom-size printed tablecloths for square and rectangular tables. If your table is not a standard size, simply send us its length, width, and height. We can calculate the cover size for you.

You also do not need to arrive with a finished tablecloth design. Tablecloth artwork can be more complicated than a flat banner because the design needs to work across the front, sides, corners, and tabletop. If you need help, we provide free design assistance.

Can you order a printed tablecloth in a custom size? Yes. Send us your square or rectangular table’s length, width, and height, along with the quantity and design you want. Full-color printing is included without a surcharge per ink color, and there is no minimum order quantity for our tablecloths.

1. Start with the table you already have

You do not need to replace your table just because its dimensions are not listed in a standard product menu.

A venue-provided table, folding table, square display table, or shop counter can all require different cover dimensions. Send us the actual measurements and we can confirm the appropriate custom size.

Measure the table itself rather than an old cover, since an existing tablecloth may already hang differently.

Record these three measurements:

• Length: left to right.
• Width: front to back.
• Height: floor to tabletop.

Inches are completely fine. Just label the measurements clearly so width and height do not get mixed up.

It also helps to tell us how the table will be used:

• Which side will face visitors?
• Will someone sit behind the table?
• Do you want all four sides covered?
• Will products, displays, monitors, or signs sit on top?
• Do you want a large graphic or a simple logo on the front?

These details help us plan a tablecloth that works when it is actually installed—not just when the artwork is viewed flat on a screen.

If your dimensions are outside the usual options, send us the real measurements instead of selecting the closest standard size and hoping it will fit.

2. No finished design? We can design it with you for free

Tablecloth artwork can be more complicated than it first appears.

A tablecloth is not simply one flat rectangle. The artwork may continue across the tabletop, front panel, side panels, and corners. Text or logos can also become difficult to see if they are placed across folds or behind products.

That is why you do not need to prepare the complete production file yourself.

If you have a logo and a general idea, send us whatever you already have:

• Your logo.
• Business or event name.
• Text you want included.
• Brand colors.
• Photos or illustrations.
• Examples of styles you like.
• A rough sketch or description of what you have in mind.

Our team can help turn those materials into a tablecloth layout at no extra design cost.

You can keep the design simple with a logo on a solid background, or create a more detailed full-color design using photography, illustrations, gradients, patterns, and complete background artwork.

Our full-color printing is not priced by the number of ink colors in the design, so you do not need to simplify colorful artwork just to avoid a per-color charge.

A larger printed area does not create a separate print-area surcharge either. Your quote is based on the tablecloth dimensions, quantity, and other agreed order requirements.

Design around what visitors will actually see

Whether we prepare the artwork or you design it yourself, think about the table from the visitor’s point of view.

• Keep your main logo or message on the side visitors approach.
• Avoid placing important text directly across corners or folds.
• Consider which areas will be blocked by products or equipment.
• Use text large enough to read from a normal viewing distance.
• If you include a QR code, test the destination before printing.

3. Want to design it yourself? Download a free template

If you prefer to create your own artwork, no problem.

We provide production templates for our standard 4 ft, 6 ft, and 8 ft custom tablecloths. Download the size you need, create your artwork, and send the finished file back to us.

Choose your tablecloth size:

When using a template, keep important text and logos inside the intended visible areas. Avoid placing critical information directly across corners, folds, or areas that may be hidden behind your display.

Once your design is finished, send us the file. We will still prepare a digital proof before production, giving you another opportunity to check the layout.

And if you start designing and decide the template is more complicated than expected, that is fine too. Send us what you have and we can help finish the design.

4. How to order a custom-size printed tablecloth

1. Send your table measurements. Share the length, width, and height, along with the quantity and needed-by date.
2. Send your design or your idea. Upload finished artwork, use one of our templates, or simply send your logo, photos, text, and ideas.
3. Confirm your quote. We review the dimensions and project requirements and provide the exact price.
4. Review your digital proof. We prepare the production layout so you can check the design before printing.
5. Request changes if needed. Check the dimensions, logo size, artwork placement, spelling, and overall layout.
6. Approve production. Once the proof is approved, we produce and ship your custom tablecloth.

A real person follows your project throughout the process, so you can ask questions about dimensions, artwork, production, or shipping as the order progresses.

5. What to check before approving your tablecloth proof

Review the design as someone standing in front of the finished table would see it.

A layout can look balanced while flat on screen but place important information in the wrong area once the cover is installed.

• The table length, width, and height match your measurements.
• The correct artwork version is being used.
• The business or event name is spelled correctly.
• The main logo appears on the intended side.
• Front and side graphics face the correct direction.
• Phone numbers, URLs, and QR-code destinations are correct.
• Important information is clear of corners and folds.
• The main artwork will not be hidden behind your planned tabletop display.
• The quantity and required arrival date are correct.

A digital proof helps confirm the layout, but your screen is not an exact reference for printed fabric color. Different displays and printed materials reproduce colors differently, as Adobe explains in its color management guidance .

If you have specific brand color references, send them with your artwork so we can discuss them before production.
