Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
Create custom cotton polo shirts for staff uniforms, event teams, school clubs, branded merchandise and everyday team wear. This short-sleeve polo combines a classic collared look with a relaxed, dropped-shoulder fit, making it an easy choice for teams that want comfortable apparel with a more polished appearance.
The 240 GSM cotton fabric gives this polo more substance than a lightweight promotional shirt, while its smooth knit surface and soft hand feel keep it comfortable for regular wear. The plain design offers a clean base for your logo, team name or artwork, and the relaxed shoulders give the shirt an easygoing silhouette.
This polo has a shorter body length than some US/EU brands. Compare the chest width and body length in our Size Guide with a polo shirt that fits you well before choosing your size. Sizes are based on the measurements shown, so your usual size label may not be the best guide.
Add your logo or artwork to the chest, sleeves or back to create a coordinated look for your team or brand. A small chest logo works well for staff apparel, while a larger back design can make your event name or brand message easier to see. Available placements depend on the selected decoration method.
Upload your artwork or choose our design assistance option. Free artwork support is available, and our team will send you a digital proof for approval before production. Production and shipping timelines begin only after the proof is approved.
Care instructions: Machine wash cold with similar colors. Turn the polo inside out before washing to help protect the decoration. Do not use bleach. Hang dry for best results. Do not iron directly over the printed or embroidered area.
Artwork Guidelines
Don’t have print-ready artwork? No problem. Send us your logo, text, idea or reference image, and our team can help prepare the layout and artwork for production at no extra cost.
For the best print quality, vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS or SVG are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work.
We’ll send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.
For color-sensitive designs, CMYK or Pantone colors are recommended. Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
Production usually takes 8 business days after your digital proof is approved. Complex, custom-fit or first-piece-review orders may require additional time.
Standard shipping usually takes approximately 5–8 business days after production is completed.
