Frequently Asked Questions
What artwork files should I upload?
For the best print quality, we recommend uploading files such as AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, High-resolution PNG or JPG files. especially for photos or detailed artwork. For best results, please upload files at 300 DPI when possible.

Will the printed colors match my screen exactly?
For best results, please provide artwork in CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated colors. Not all RGB colors can be accurately reproduced in CMYK printing, which may lead to slight color variations on the final products.

What is the return policy?
Custom-made products are final sale once production has started. Returns or refunds are only available for production errors, shipping damage, or quality issues caused by us.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Approved artwork errors, minor color differences, incorrect customer-selected options, change of mind, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
When does the production and shipping timeline begin?
Shipping time starts after production is completed, not right after checkout. Custom orders require production time after your digital proof is approved. Your total timeline is usually proof review/approval + production time + shipping time. Proofs will be sent within 24 hours on business days, production normally takes 3–7 business days depending on order quantity, and shipping time depends on the option selected at checkout.
Can I order a product that is not listed on your website?
Yes. If you don’t see what you need, send us your product idea, reference photo, size, quantity and deadline. We’ll help confirm the right product, artwork setup, pricing and production timeline.
Can you help if my artwork is not ready?
Yes. You can upload your file later or send us your logo, ideas and reference images. Our team can help prepare your design for free and send a digital proof before production.
How do I make sure my order arrives before my event?
Please tell us your event date before ordering. We’ll help confirm the production timeline, shipping option and estimated latest arrival date. If the timeline is too tight, we’ll let you know before you place the order.
Do you offer deposit payment for custom orders?
Yes. For eligible custom orders over $500, we offer a 50% deposit + 50% balance payment option. Orders under $500 usually require full payment before production. After the order details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. Once your products are finished and ready to ship, the remaining 50% balance can be paid before shipment.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Samples may be available for selected products. Material samples, generic samples or custom pre-production samples can be arranged depending on the product and timeline. Sample fees and shipping costs will apply.
