Production & Shipping Policy

At AnyMade, most products are custom-made based on your selected options, artwork, size, and quantity. Because each order goes through artwork review, proof approval, and production, the total order timeline is different from ready-to-ship products.

Typical Order Timeline

For most orders, the timeline is:

Digital Proof: usually within 24 hours on business days

Production: typically 3–7 business days after proof approval

Standard Shipping: approximately 5–8 business days after shipment

Artwork / Proof Approval + Production + Shipping

If you have an event date or another fixed deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can review the timeline with you.

Digital Proof

Digital proofs are usually sent within 24 hours on business days after we receive the required artwork and order details.

Please review the artwork, spelling, size, placement, colors, and layout carefully. Production begins only after your digital proof is approved.

Delays in submitting artwork, approving the proof, or requesting changes may extend the overall order timeline.

Production Time

Production begins after your digital proof is approved.

Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days. Standard products are often completed toward the shorter end of this range, while larger orders, custom-fit products, complex customization, or special materials may require additional time.

For qualifying bulk orders that include a first-piece review, we may produce the first finished piece and provide detailed photos or video for approval before continuing with the remaining production run.

The first-piece review process may extend the production timeline, particularly if revisions are requested or approval is delayed.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping usually takes approximately 5–8 business days from shipment.

Shipping begins after production is completed and your order is handed over to the carrier. Shipping time does not include artwork review, proof approval, production, or time spent waiting for customer approval.

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee, depending on your destination, order requirements, carrier availability, and available shipping services.

Event Deadlines

If you have an event, trade show, conference, or other fixed deadline, please let us know before placing your order.

We’ll review the production schedule, shipping method, and estimated arrival window with you. If the timeline appears too tight, we’ll let you know before you order and help explore faster options where available.

Arrival estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, remote-area service, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

We recommend planning your order based on the date you need the products in hand, rather than the event date itself.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
A photo of the shipping label
A clear description of the issue

Please keep the original packaging while the issue is being reviewed. An unboxing video is recommended when available, as it may help us verify shipping damage and process the claim more efficiently.
