Production & Shipping Policy
At Anymade, most products are custom-made based on your selected options, artwork, size and quantity. Because each order requires artwork review, digital proof approval and production, the total delivery timeline is different from standard ready-to-ship products.
Order Timeline
Your total order timeline is usually:
Artwork review / digital proof approval + production time + shipping time
Shipping time starts after production is completed, not immediately after checkout.
Digital Proof
Digital proofs are usually sent within 24 hours on business days after we receive your order details and artwork.
Please review your proof carefully, including artwork, spelling, size, placement, colors and layout. Production will begin only after your digital proof is approved.
Delayed artwork submission or delayed proof approval may affect the final delivery date.
Production Time
Production time begins after your digital proof is approved.
Most custom orders normally take 3–7 business days for production, depending on the product type, order quantity, customization details and current production volume.
Larger orders, complex designs, special materials or custom sizes may require additional production time. We will help confirm the estimated production timeline before production starts.
Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the shipping option selected at checkout or confirmed in your quote.
Shipping time begins after production is completed and the order is handed over to the carrier. The shipping estimate shown at checkout does not include artwork review, digital proof approval or production time.
Event Deadlines
If you have an event date, trade show date or other deadline, please tell us before ordering.
We’ll help review the production timeline, shipping option and estimated latest arrival date based on your deadline. If the timeline is too tight, we’ll let you know before you place the order.
While we do our best to help your order arrive on time, delivery may be affected by courier delays, customs inspections, weather issues, incorrect shipping information, remote delivery areas or delays caused by late proof approval.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging, shipping label and a clear description of the issue.
Please keep the original packaging for damage claims. An unboxing video is strongly recommended, as it may help verify shipping damage and speed up the review process.
Delays Outside Our Control
We’ll do our best to support your order timeline, but some delays are outside our direct control, including:
- Courier delays
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Remote area delivery delays
- Late artwork submission
- Late digital proof approval
- Delays caused by customer-requested changes after proofing
