Should You Still Send the Original File?
Yes. Even though our tool is designed to work with low-resolution artwork, the highest-quality original file will always give us the strongest starting point.
If possible, send:
- The original image rather than a screenshot
- The largest available PNG or JPEG
- An original PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS or SVG file
- Separate logo and image files
- Any alternative versions of the design
Please do not repeatedly enlarge, sharpen or resave the file before sending it. We would rather review the original version and process it using the most appropriate settings.
