Choose Your Banner Material

16 oz Vinyl: A reliable option for most indoor and outdoor banners. Choose this for storefront signs, event banners, wall displays, school signs and general promotional use.
16 oz Blackout Vinyl: A vinyl with a blackout layer. Best for long-term outdoor display.
Mesh Banner: Designed with small openings that let wind pass through. Best for fences, construction sites, outdoor railings and windy display areas.
Double-sided banners are printed on blockout PVC vinyl with UV printing. The blockout layer helps prevent show-through, so graphics stay clear and readable on both sides.

Choose Your Finishing Options

Grommets: Choose 4 Corners for simple hanging. Choose Every 2 Feet for larger banners or outdoor installations that need more support along the edges.
Hanging ropes are included for free when selected.
3" Pole Pocket: Choose Top if the banner will hang from a pole or rod. Choose Top & Bottom if you want the banner to hang straighter with a pole at both ends. (Please message us or leave a comment if you need a custom pole pocket size.)

1. File Format & Resolution

For the best print quality, we recommend uploading files such as AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PNG/JPG files, especially for photos or detailed artwork. For best results, please upload files at 300 DPI when possible.

2. Color Setup

For best results, please provide artwork in CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated colors. Not all RGB colors can be accurately reproduced in CMYK printing, which may lead to slight color variations on the final products.

Shipping time starts after production is completed, not right after checkout. Custom orders require production time after your digital proof is approved. Your total timeline is usually proof review/approval + production time + shipping time. Proofs will be sent within 24 hours on business days, production normally takes 3–7 business days depending on order quantity, and shipping time depends on the option selected at checkout.

Production & Shipping Policy

For eligible custom orders over $500, we offer a 50% deposit + 50% balance payment option. Orders under $500 usually require full payment before production. After the order details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. Once your products are finished and ready to ship, the remaining 50% balance is due before shipment.

Custom-made products are final sale once production has started. Returns or refunds are only available for production errors, shipping damage, or quality issues caused by us.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Approved artwork errors, minor color differences, incorrect customer-selected options, change of mind, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Yes. Nylon rope is included for FREE when selected. We include one nylon rope with applicable hanging options: 5m / 16 ft for small and standard banners, and up to 10m / 32 ft for larger banners. It is sent as one piece so you can cut it as needed.

Choose grommets if you plan to hang the banner with rope, zip ties, hooks or bungee cords.

4 Corners works well for smaller banners and simple hanging.
Every 2 Feet is better for larger banners or outdoor setups that need more attachment points.

Choose 13 oz Vinyl for most standard indoor and outdoor banners.

Choose 18 oz Heavy Duty Blackout Vinyl if you need double-sided printing, stronger opacity or a more durable option for longer-term outdoor use.

Choose Mesh Banner for fences, construction sites and windy outdoor areas where airflow matters.

Yes! Please leave us a comment or message us if you need a custom pole pocket size.

No. This product includes the printed banner only. The pole is not included, so please use your existing pole or message us if you need help finding the right fit.

For best results, upload a high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG or PNG file.

For large-format printing, we recommend artwork at 150 DPI or higher at full size whenever possible. Please use CMYK color mode to help reduce color differences between your screen and the final printed banner.
