Customize your design：

Heat transfer printing is ideal for colorful graphics, team logos, sponsor logos, gradients and detailed artwork. Your design can be placed on common decoration areas such as the front center, back center, left chest, upper back, left sleeve or right sleeve.

*Care instructions: Machine wash cold with similar colors. Do not use bleach. Turn inside out before washing to help protect the decoration. Avoid high heat. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.

Don’t have print-ready artwork? No problem. Send us your logo, text, idea or reference image, and our team can help prepare the layout and artwork for production at no extra cost.

For the best print quality, vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS or SVG are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work.

We’ll send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.

For color-sensitive designs, CMYK or Pantone colors are recommended. Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Production usually takes 8 business days after your digital proof is approved. Complex, custom-fit or first-piece-review orders may require additional time.

Standard shipping usually takes approximately 5–8 business days after production is completed.

Production & Shipping Policy

Custom-made products are final sale once production has started. Returns or refunds are only available for production errors, shipping damage, or quality issues caused by us.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Approved artwork errors, minor color differences, incorrect customer-selected options, change of mind, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
