Your canopy frame still works, but the roof has an old logo, no branding, or a design you want to replace. Buying another complete tent is not your only option.
At Anymade Display, we can make a custom-printed canopy top for a compatible frame you already own. This service is especially useful when your frame is still in good condition and you only want to replace the printed roof.
The most important point is this: if your canopy frame was not purchased from us, you need to send us the actual frame measurements and photos. Once we review those details, we can confirm compatibility and make a custom canopy top designed to fit your frame as closely and accurately as possible.
This guide is for pop-up event canopies used at markets, school events, team gatherings, and outdoor booths. It explains what to send us, why the frame measurements matter, and how your artwork moves from an idea to an approved design.
Can you get a custom canopy top for an existing frame?
Yes, for compatible frames. If the frame was not ordered from Anymade Display, send us clear photos, the actual frame dimensions, and the brand or model if available. We review the frame details before confirming the custom top. You can supply finished artwork or ask our team for free design help.

1. When a custom canopy top is worth considering
A replacement top makes sense when you already have a serviceable frame and only want to replace the roof fabric or update the branding.
You might be changing your business name, refreshing an event design, replacing a worn canopy top, or adding branding to a frame that was previously plain.
A top-only order means the printed roof fabric, not another complete frame. If you also need side walls or a new frame for another location, include that in the request so the quote covers the correct items.
You can review standard configurations on our custom canopy tent product page .
Check the condition of your frame before planning a new top. Replacing the fabric does not repair damaged hardware. If you need a complete new setup as well, tell us that too—a mixed order can include replacement tops for existing frames and a new canopy for another setup.
2. If the frame was not purchased from us, these measurements matter
This is the core requirement for an existing-frame canopy top order.
If your canopy frame was not purchased from Anymade Display, a general label such as 10 × 10 ft is not enough on its own. Different suppliers use different structures, roof angles, and pole dimensions, even when the advertised footprint sounds the same.
To help us make a canopy top that fits your frame properly, please send:
- Frame Length
- Frame Width
- Center Pole Length
- Leg Tube Size
- Clear photos of the whole frame and close-up photos of the joints
- The brand, model, or original product link if available
Once you provide these measurements and photos, we can review the structure and confirm whether we can produce a custom-printed canopy top for that frame. This is how we make a top that gives you a better fit instead of guessing based only on a generic tent size.

You do not need to work out the production specification by yourself. Send the information you have, and our team will explain anything that still needs to be confirmed before we move ahead.
This service is not limited to frames originally purchased from Anymade Display. We review existing frames from other suppliers as well, but compatibility has to be confirmed for each specific frame.
3. One order, two existing frames, and one new setup
In one market customer’s order, the requirement was two custom tops for frames they already owned, plus a complete new frame and top for another setup.
The existing frames were described as 10 × 10 ft, but our team still requested separate photos and measurements for each one.
During the conversation, we helped clarify which supports and frame parts needed to be measured. Once the customer supplied the frame information, our production team confirmed that the two replacement tops could be custom made. We then arranged production for the agreed order.
This is the practical value of speaking to a real person before choosing a replacement top: you can keep the usable frames you already have, confirm the new items separately, and avoid ordering the wrong roof shape based only on a size label.
4. Plan the roof graphics and valances together
The sloped roof panels and the valances—the vertical strips around the roof edge—give you different places to put your message.
A large logo can work on the roof, while the business name, website, or a short description may be easier to read on the valances. Think about which direction people approach your booth and which sides are most visible.
You can repeat the same design around the canopy or use different artwork on different sides. Label each side clearly when you send the files. For a rectangular canopy, tell us which message belongs on the long sides and which belongs on the short sides.
Full-color printing is included without an additional charge for the number of artwork colors or the printed area. You can use brand colors, illustrations, gradients, and photographs rather than reducing the design to a small one-color logo.
Send the best artwork you have
If you have a finished design, send the original files. For logos, vector artwork is especially useful when the design needs to be enlarged. If you are using photographs, send the highest-resolution version available.
If your design is not ready, send us your logo, wording, existing images, and ideas. We can help prepare the canopy layout at no extra design cost, and you will receive a digital proof before production.
Use the proof to check wording, orientation, and placement—not as a guarantee that printed fabric will match every screen exactly. Screens and printed materials reproduce colors differently, so if you have important brand color references, include them when the design is being prepared.
5. How to order a custom canopy top for your frame
- Contact us with the project details. Tell us you need a canopy top for an existing frame. Include the quantity, needed-by date, and any information you already have.
- Send the frame photos and measurements. If the frame is not from us, please send the frame length, frame width, center pole length, and leg tube size, plus clear photos.
- Confirm the frame and quote. We review the details and ask for anything else needed to confirm compatibility. We then provide an exact quote for the agreed items.
- Arrange payment and artwork. After payment, we prepare the digital proof from your finished artwork or help build the layout from your materials and ideas.
- Approve the design. Check each side, the wording, colors, and artwork placement before approving production.
- Production and shipping. We produce and ship the approved order, with human support throughout the process.
For an existing-frame order, contacting us first is the best way to confirm the custom requirements. If you order through the website, our team will still contact you afterward to confirm the project details before production.
Custom replacement canopy top questions
Do I have to buy a new frame?
No. We can make a custom-printed canopy top for a compatible frame you already own. Send the frame details first so our team can review the request.
What if the frame was not purchased from Anymade Display?
That is completely fine. But in that case, you need to send us the actual frame measurements and photos for review.
The most useful measurements are the frame length, frame width, center pole length, and leg tube size. Once we review those details, we can confirm whether we can make a top to fit that frame.
Can you make a top for another supplier’s frame?
Yes, subject to reviewing that frame’s dimensions and structure. Our existing-frame service is not restricted to frames originally bought from Anymade Display.
What if I do not know the brand or model?
Start with photos and the information you do have. A general size such as 10 × 10 ft is helpful, but it does not replace confirming the actual frame details before production.
Can you help if my design is not ready?
Yes. Send your logo, text, existing images, and ideas for the canopy. After the order details and payment are arranged, we can help prepare the layout and provide a digital proof before production.
Need a full canopy or just a custom canopy top?
If you do not already have a canopy frame, you can order a complete custom canopy directly from us. If you already have a usable frame and only need a custom canopy top, just contact us with your frame photos and measurements first.
If you are planning the rest of the booth, our 10 × 10 vendor booth planning guide can help with the surrounding display.
