Frequently asked questions
How do I set up the lightbox?
Open the foldable frame, connect the LED lighting system, then press the SEG fabric edge into the frame channel for a smooth finished look.
After the event, the display can be taken down and stored for future use. When your message changes, you can order a replacement graphic instead of replacing the full display.
We provide step-by-step video tutorials to guide you through the installation process.
What does SEG mean?
SEG stands for Silicone Edge Graphic. The printed fabric has a thin silicone edge that fits into the frame channel, creating a smooth edge-to-edge display surface.
Is the graphic illuminated?
Yes. The LED lighting system illuminates the printed SEG fabric graphic, helping your artwork look brighter and easier to notice in busy event spaces.
How to make my lightbox look most closely to my design file?
Please provide artwork in CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated colors. Since not all RGB colors can be accurately reproduced in CMYK printing, the final product may have slight color variations. We also offer detailed one-on-one guidance to help you prepare your artwork correctly.
What artwork file should I upload?
For best results, upload a high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG or PNG file.
For large-format printing, we recommend artwork at 150 DPI or higher at full size whenever possible.
Can I see a proof before production?
Yes. We can provide a digital proof before production so you can review the layout, artwork placement and main details.
Can I replace the graphic later?
Yes. If you already have a compatible SEG lightbox frame, you can order Graphic Only to update your display for a new event, product launch or campaign.
