Steel Frame — Most Popular
Our most common and best-value option. Sturdy and reliable for regular use at markets, trade shows, school events, festivals, and other indoor or outdoor events.

Aluminum Frame — Corrosion Resistant
A great option for customers who prefer an aluminum structure. Aluminum offers better corrosion resistance, making it especially suitable for frequent outdoor use or humid environments.

For most everyday event applications, the steel frame provides excellent performance and durability.

Ordering a Custom Canopy Top Only?

If you already have your own canopy frame and only need a custom-printed replacement top, please provide the following measurements before production:

Canopy side length / frame dimensions
Frame leg tube size or diameter
Length of the center support pole

We use these measurements to customize the canopy top to your existing frame as closely as possible.

Choose the Right Size

10' × 10': The most common event tent size. Great for vendor booths, farmers markets, school events, sports teams, pop-up shops, and compact trade show spaces.
10' × 15': A wider option when you need more display space. Ideal for product tables, team check-in areas, brand activations, and promotional booths with multiple staff members.
10' × 20': Best for larger event setups, sponsor booths, outdoor retail displays, team tents, and high-traffic promotional spaces where more coverage and stronger visual presence are needed.

Don’t have print-ready artwork? No problem. Send us your logo, text, idea or reference image, and our team can help prepare the layout and artwork for production at no extra cost.

For the best print quality, vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS or SVG are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work.

We’ll send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.

For color-sensitive designs, CMYK or Pantone colors are recommended. Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Production usually takes 3–7 business days after your digital proof is approved. Standard products are often completed toward the shorter end of this range, while complex, custom-fit or first-piece-review orders may require additional time.

Standard shipping usually takes approximately 5–8 business days after production is completed.

Production & Shipping Policy

Custom-made products are final sale once production has started. Returns or refunds are only available for production errors, shipping damage, or quality issues caused by us.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Approved artwork errors, minor color differences, incorrect customer-selected options, change of mind, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Frequently asked questions

Start by placing the folded frame in your display area. Slowly pull the frame open from opposite corners. Keep the frame at a lower height while you place the printed canopy top over the frame and align the corners.

Once the canopy top is positioned, continue opening the frame until the corner sliders lock into place. Make sure each corner is fully secured before raising the legs. Adjust the legs evenly to your desired height, then tighten the canopy top with the crank handle system for a smooth, secure fit.

Yes. If you do not have a finished design, choose our FREE design option and send us your logo, text, brand colors and any design ideas. We can help prepare a canopy layout for your approval before production.

Yes. The canopy top is made with 600D Polyester Oxford fabric with PU waterproof coating, which is designed for outdoor event use and light rain conditions.

For safety and product care, we do not recommend using the tent in strong wind, heavy rain, storms or severe weather. Always secure the tent properly during outdoor setup.

For best results, upload a high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG or PNG file.

For large-format printing, we recommend artwork at 150 DPI or higher at full size whenever possible. Please use CMYK color mode to help reduce color differences between your screen and the final printed canopy.
