Choose the Right Size

10' × 10': The most common event tent size. Great for vendor booths, farmers markets, school events, sports teams, pop-up shops and compact trade show spaces.
10' × 15': A wider option when you need more display space. Ideal for product tables, team check-in areas, brand activations and promotional booths with multiple staff members.
10' × 20': Best for larger event setups, sponsor booths, outdoor retail displays, team tents and high-traffic promotional spaces where more coverage and stronger visual presence are needed.

1. File Format & Resolution

For the best print quality, we recommend uploading files such as AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PNG/JPG files, especially for photos or detailed artwork. For best results, please upload files at 300 DPI when possible.

2. Color Setup

For best results, please provide artwork in CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated colors. Not all RGB colors can be accurately reproduced in CMYK printing, which may lead to slight color variations on the final products.

Shipping time starts after production is completed, not right after checkout. Custom orders require production time after your digital proof is approved. Your total timeline is usually proof review/approval + production time + shipping time. Proofs will be sent within 24 hours on business days, production normally takes 3–7 business days depending on order quantity, and shipping time depends on the option selected at checkout.

Production & Shipping Policy

For eligible custom orders over $500, we offer a 50% deposit + 50% balance payment option. Orders under $500 usually require full payment before production. After the order details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. Once your products are finished and ready to ship, the remaining 50% balance is due before shipment.

Custom-made products are final sale once production has started. Returns or refunds are only available for production errors, shipping damage, or quality issues caused by us.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Approved artwork errors, minor color differences, incorrect customer-selected options, change of mind, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Frequently asked questions

Start by placing the folded frame in your display area. Slowly pull the frame open from opposite corners. Keep the frame at a lower height while you place the printed canopy top over the frame and align the corners.

Once the canopy top is positioned, continue opening the frame until the corner sliders lock into place. Make sure each corner is fully secured before raising the legs. Adjust the legs evenly to your desired height, then tighten the canopy top with the crank handle system for a smooth, secure fit.

Yes. If you do not have a finished design, choose our FREE design option and send us your logo, text, brand colors and any design ideas. We can help prepare a canopy layout for your approval before production.

Yes. The canopy top is made with 600D Polyester Oxford fabric with PU waterproof coating, which is designed for outdoor event use and light rain conditions.

For safety and product care, we do not recommend using the tent in strong wind, heavy rain, storms or severe weather. Always secure the tent properly during outdoor setup.

For best results, upload a high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG or PNG file.

For large-format printing, we recommend artwork at 150 DPI or higher at full size whenever possible. Please use CMYK color mode to help reduce color differences between your screen and the final printed canopy.
