This custom light-up keycap is more than a decorative keychain — it can also be installed on a compatible mechanical keyboard and used as a real functional keycap. The key can be pressed for typing, making it a practical and interactive custom item for events, giveaways, and branded merchandise.

The top design can be customized with your logo, artwork, team name, event graphic, mascot, or brand message. Each keycap features built-in lighting: long press to activate colorful light effects. With 12 keycap colors available, you can match your design to your event theme, brand color, or team identity.

For the best print quality, vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS or SVG are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work.

We’ll send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.

For color-sensitive designs, CMYK or Pantone colors are recommended. Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Production usually takes 8 business days after your digital proof is approved. Complex, custom-fit or first-piece-review orders may require additional time.

Standard shipping usually takes approximately 5–8 business days after production is completed.

Production & Shipping Policy

Custom-made products are final sale once production has started. Returns or refunds are only available for production errors, shipping damage, or quality issues caused by us.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Approved artwork errors, minor color differences, incorrect customer-selected options, change of mind, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

We use an XDA-profile keycap for our custom keycap keychains. Its wider, flatter top surface provides a larger and more consistent area for printing your custom artwork.

Yes. The keychain uses an MX-style cross stem, so it is compatible with most keycaps designed for MX-style switches. Simply remove the included keycap and press your own compatible keycap onto the switch.

Yes. You can remove the custom XDA keycap from the keychain and use it on a keyboard with a compatible MX-style switch. Just keep in mind that our custom keycap uses an XDA profile, so if the rest of your keyboard uses a different profile, such as Cherry or OEM, the height and shape may look slightly different.

Yes. You can customize the keycap with your logo, artwork, character, text, or other original design.

Yes. If your artwork needs simple adjustments before production, our team can help prepare it for printing.

Yes. We will provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins so you can review the design and placement.
