Every acrylic badge includes a FREE solid-color lanyard, so it arrives ready to wear. You can choose the lanyard color and clasp style. Custom lanyard printing is FREE for orders of 100 pcs or more. For orders under 100 pcs, please contact us for a custom printing quote.

Don’t have print-ready artwork? No problem. Send us your logo, text, idea or reference image, and our team can help prepare the layout and artwork for production at no extra cost.

For the best print quality, vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS or SVG are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work.

We’ll send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.

For color-sensitive designs, CMYK or Pantone colors are recommended. Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Production usually takes 8 business days after your digital proof is approved. Complex, custom-fit or first-piece-review orders may require additional time.

Standard shipping usually takes approximately 5–8 business days after production is completed.

Production & Shipping Policy

Custom-made products are final sale once production has started. Returns or refunds are only available for production errors, shipping damage, or quality issues caused by us.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Approved artwork errors, minor color differences, incorrect customer-selected options, change of mind, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Our standard custom acrylic event badges have a minimum order quantity of just 25 pieces, making them suitable for both small gatherings and larger events.

For special shapes, larger quantities, or unique requirements, feel free to contact us for a custom quote.

We offer clear acrylic and holographic acrylic finishes. Clear acrylic gives your design a clean, modern appearance, while holographic acrylic creates a colorful, light-reflective effect.

Both options are great for conventions, festivals, VIP passes, and collectible event badges.

We offer three standard sizes:

2.76" × 3.94" (70 × 100 mm)
3.15" × 4.72" (80 × 120 mm)
3.54" × 5.12" (90 × 130 mm)

We support fully custom shapes! However, we recommend setting your design canvas to one of our three standard sizes, even if your badge has an irregular shape.

You can create any shape within your chosen canvas size, and we'll cut the acrylic to match your design.

Using one of these standard sizes helps keep production costs down, while significantly different dimensions may result in a higher price.
