6 oz is a budget-friendly choice for events, giveaways and bulk orders.
10 oz offers better structure for everyday use.
12 oz is a thicker canvas option for premium retail bags, merch collections and longer-term use.

Choose your bag style

Choose Flat Tote for a simple, classic bag shape that works well for documents, gifts, event materials and printed logo designs.
Choose Gusset Tote if you want extra space at the bottom. It is a better fit for shopping, retail products, books, packaging sets and items with more volume.

Don’t have print-ready artwork? No problem. Send us your logo, text, idea or reference image, and our team can help prepare the layout and artwork for production at no extra cost.

For the best print quality, vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS or SVG are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work.

We’ll send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.

For color-sensitive designs, CMYK or Pantone colors are recommended. Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Production usually takes 8 business days after your digital proof is approved. Complex, custom-fit or first-piece-review orders may require additional time.

Standard shipping usually takes approximately 5–8 business days after production is completed.

Production & Shipping Policy

Custom-made products are final sale once production has started. Returns or refunds are only available for production errors, shipping damage, or quality issues caused by us.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Approved artwork errors, minor color differences, incorrect customer-selected options, change of mind, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Yes. For colored fabrics, we can provide real photos of available fabric swatches before production. In some cases, we can also show you multiple similar shades to help you choose.

Flat totes have a straight, simple shape, while bottom-gusseted totes provide more depth at the base. If you are unsure, send us a reference photo or tell us what you plan to carry.
