Choose Your Back Style

Open Back: Best if staff will sit behind the table or need quick access to boxes, samples, brochures or personal items stored underneath.
Closed Back: Best for a cleaner all-around look, especially when the back of the table may be visible to customers or foot traffic.

Choose Your Print Style

Limited Print: Best for logos, slogans, QR codes, sponsor names or simple brand graphics. It keeps the design clean and focused while still giving the table a professional branded look.
All Over Print: Best for bold booth designs, full-color backgrounds, patterns, campaign graphics or event themes. Your artwork can cover the full table cloth for maximum visual impact.

1. File Format & Resolution

For the best print quality, we recommend uploading files such as AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PNG/JPG files, especially for photos or detailed artwork. For best results, please upload files at 300 DPI when possible.

2. Color Setup

For best results, please provide artwork in CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated colors. Not all RGB colors can be accurately reproduced in CMYK printing, which may lead to slight color variations on the final products.

Shipping time starts after production is completed, not right after checkout. Custom orders require production time after your digital proof is approved. Your total timeline is usually proof review/approval + production time + shipping time. Proofs will be sent within 24 hours on business days, production normally takes 3–7 business days depending on order quantity, and shipping time depends on the option selected at checkout.

Production & Shipping Policy

For eligible custom orders over $500, we offer a 50% deposit + 50% balance payment option. Orders under $500 usually require full payment before production. After the order details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. Once your products are finished and ready to ship, the remaining 50% balance is due before shipment.

Custom-made products are final sale once production has started. Returns or refunds are only available for production errors, shipping damage, or quality issues caused by us.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Approved artwork errors, minor color differences, incorrect customer-selected options, change of mind, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

If you want a sleek booth setup with less loose fabric, choose the stretched style.

Limited Print is best for logos or simple graphics placed on selected areas.

All Over Print covers the table cloth with a full custom design, pattern or background color.

For best results, upload a high-resolution PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG or PNG file.

For large-format printing, we recommend artwork at 150 DPI or higher at full size whenever possible. Use CMYK color mode or Pantone references when available to help reduce color differences between your screen and the final product.
