Easy to Set Up, Easy to Reuse

The main frame is foldable and comes with the LED lighting built in, so setup is straightforward. Open the frame, insert the support bars, plug in the power, then press the SEG fabric edge into the frame channel for a clean, smooth display surface.

After the event, remove the support bars, fold the frame down and store it for future use. When your message changes, you can order a replacement graphic instead of replacing the full display.

For the best print quality, vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS or SVG are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work.

For color-sensitive designs, CMYK or Pantone colors are recommended. Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Production usually takes 3–7 business days after your digital proof is approved. Standard products are often completed toward the shorter end of this range, while complex, custom-fit or first-piece-review orders may require additional time.

Standard shipping usually takes approximately 5–8 business days after production is completed.

Production & Shipping Policy

Custom-made products are final sale once production has started. Returns or refunds are only available for production errors, shipping damage, or quality issues caused by us.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Approved artwork errors, minor color differences, incorrect customer-selected options, change of mind, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
