Select Your Flag Fabric

110g Sheer Knitted Polyester: A lightweight and breathable fabric with a slightly see-through look. It allows better airflow, making it a practical option for outdoor displays and general promotional use.
Pongee Fabric: A smoother and denser fabric with a more solid appearance. It is less see-through and helps printed colors look richer, making it a great choice when you want a more premium visual effect.

1. File Format & Resolution

For the best print quality, we recommend uploading files such as AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PNG/JPG files, especially for photos or detailed artwork. For best results, please upload files at 300 DPI when possible.

2. Color Setup

For best results, please provide artwork in CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated colors. Not all RGB colors can be accurately reproduced in CMYK printing, which may lead to slight color variations on the final products.

Shipping time starts after production is completed, not right after checkout. Custom orders require production time after your digital proof is approved. Your total timeline is usually proof review/approval + production time + shipping time. Proofs will be sent within 24 hours on business days, production normally takes 3–7 business days depending on order quantity, and shipping time depends on the option selected at checkout.

Production & Shipping Policy

For eligible custom orders over $500, we offer a 50% deposit + 50% balance payment option. Orders under $500 usually require full payment before production. After the order details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. Once your products are finished and ready to ship, the remaining 50% balance is due before shipment.

Custom-made products are final sale once production has started. Returns or refunds are only available for production errors, shipping damage, or quality issues caused by us.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Approved artwork errors, minor color differences, incorrect customer-selected options, change of mind, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Feather flags are easy to assemble:

Connect the pole sections together.
Slide the pole through the sleeve/pocket along the side of the flag.
Secure the bottom of the flag to the hook or bungee on the pole.
Insert the pole into your selected base.
Adjust the flag so it stands smoothly and displays your design clearly.

We offer multiple base options for different display locations:

Ground Spike
Best for grass, soil, sand or other soft ground.

Cross Base
Best for flat surfaces such as sidewalks, indoor floors, trade show booths and storefront areas.

Cross Base with Water Bag
A more stable option for flat outdoor surfaces. The water bag adds extra weight to help keep the flag standing

For grass, soil or soft ground, we recommend the ground spike.

For concrete, pavement, indoor floors or flat event spaces, choose the cross base. If the flag will be used outdoors on a flat surface, we recommend adding the water bag for extra stability.securely.

Yes, we can offer single-sided and double-sided printing options.

For single-sided printing, the design is printed on one side and may show through slightly on the back, especially on 110g Sheer Knitted Polyester Fabric. For double-sided printing, two printed layers are used, so your design can be read correctly from both sides.

Double-sided printing is recommended if your flag will be viewed from both directions, such as sidewalks, storefront entrances, trade shows or roadside displays.
