Our custom tension fabric background banner is printed on premium 250gsm warp-knitted polyester for a smooth, full-color display surface. The fabric stretches over the aluminum frame for a clean fitted look, while the hidden zippered base cover helps keep the bottom neat and finished.

Easy to Set Up, Easy to Reuse

Connect the aluminum frame using the spring-loaded push-button locks, slide the fabric graphic over the frame, then zip the bottom closed for a smooth fitted finish.

After the event, the display can be taken down, packed away and reused. When your artwork changes, you can order a replacement graphic instead of replacing the full frame.

For the best print quality, vector files such as AI, PDF, EPS or SVG are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work.

We’ll send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.

For color-sensitive designs, CMYK or Pantone colors are recommended. Printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Production usually takes 3–7 business days after your digital proof is approved. Standard products are often completed toward the shorter end of this range, while complex, custom-fit or first-piece-review orders may require additional time.

Standard shipping usually takes approximately 5–8 business days after production is completed.

Production & Shipping Policy

Custom-made products are final sale once production has started. Returns or refunds are only available for production errors, shipping damage, or quality issues caused by us.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Approved artwork errors, minor color differences, incorrect customer-selected options, change of mind, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

The backdrop graphic is made with 250gsm warp-knitted polyester, a thicker and more structured fabric designed for event display use.

It gives the printed surface a smooth, professional look and helps reduce visible wrinkles compared with thinner standard fabrics. The fabric also folds for storage and can be replaced when you need a new design.

Yes. For double-side printing, you can use the same design on both sides or provide different artwork for each side.

A vinyl banner is usually hung with grommets, ropes or pole pockets. A tension fabric backdrop uses a frame, so it looks cleaner and more structured. It is better for booths, photo areas and professional indoor displays.

Please provide artwork in CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated colors. Since not all RGB colors can be accurately reproduced in CMYK printing, the final product may have slight color variations.

8' × 8': Best for small booths, photo backdrops, press walls, school events and compact event spaces. This is a balanced size when you need a full backdrop but do not have a large booth.

7.5' × 10': Best for standard trade show booths, brand walls and presentation areas. The wider layout gives more room for logos, messaging and product visuals.

7.5' × 13': Best for larger booth spaces, event entrances, stage backgrounds and wide photo areas. Choose this size when you want stronger visual impact from a distance.
