The PVC event badge badge can be customized with your event name, logo, attendee details, QR code, schedule, access level or sponsor branding. Choose your card size, finish, hole type, orientation and then select a lanyard color and clasp style to complete the set. The card thickness is 0.9mm.
Our event badge set comes with FREE lanyards. You can keep the lanyard simple with a solid color, or upload an optional lanyard imprint for a more branded event look.

Pick a lanyard color to match your event theme, brand color or attendee group. You can select from preset colors or choose a custom color.
You can also upload an optional lanyard imprint if you want your logo, event name or sponsor message printed on the lanyard.
Artwork Guidelines
1. File Format & Resolution
For the best print quality, we recommend uploading files such as AI, PDF, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PNG/JPG files, especially for photos or detailed artwork. For best results, please upload files at 300 DPI when possible.
2. Color Setup
For best results, please provide artwork in CMYK or Pantone Solid Coated colors. Not all RGB colors can be accurately reproduced in CMYK printing, which may lead to slight color variations on the final products.

Shipping time starts after production is completed, not right after checkout. Custom orders require production time after your digital proof is approved. Your total timeline is usually proof review/approval + production time + shipping time. Proofs will be sent within 24 hours on business days, production normally takes 3–7 business days depending on order quantity, and shipping time depends on the option selected at checkout.
For eligible custom orders over $500, we offer a 50% deposit + 50% balance payment option. Orders under $500 usually require full payment before production. After the order details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. Once your products are finished and ready to ship, the remaining 50% balance is due before shipment.
Custom-made products are final sale once production has started. Returns or refunds are only available for production errors, shipping damage, or quality issues caused by us.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Approved artwork errors, minor color differences, incorrect customer-selected options, change of mind, courier delays outside our control, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

Please use CMYK color mode when possible to help reduce color differences between your screen and the final printed badge. Keep important text, logos, QR codes and hole areas away from the edges.
Choose 3" × 5" for most conferences, expos and trade shows. It has enough space for names, logos, titles and QR codes.
